When undefeated fighter Elvin Leon Brito gets a title shot at CFA’s interim featherweight champion Sean Soriano, he said he is looking forward to two extra rounds.

“I am happy about it,” he said. “Doing a five round fight gives me more time to finish the fight.”

Brito (7-0) and Soriano (7-0) meet at CFA 11 at the BankUnited Center May 24 live on AXS TV. Tickets are on sale at www.cfafights.com. Brito only has two decision victories. The rest of his wins are finishes.

“I finish most of my fights,” he said. “It gives me time to work. I am not worried about two extra rounds.”

Brito said there is no need to thrash talk and says his actions will be unleashed when the cage closes. The Puerto Rican did give credit to Soriano. Brito said that he respects Soriano as a well-rounded fighter.

“I go in there and I can do me,” he said. “I want to get my hand rise at the end of the night. I don’t see any need to thrash talk. When the cage closes it is going out the window.”

He promises fans that if it is one thing they’ll remember about CFA 11, it will be his fight.

“People will remember my fight,” he said.
